Getting back in shape--Inahu???

Yes, wazungu wanajali sana about hii kitu... how fast can you get back in shape baada ya kujifungua!
Mimi ni tofauti sana nao, as natamani ningebakiza nusu ya kilo nilizoziongeza wakati wa mimba, too bad, I lose it all in two weeks, bila diet (mi nakula chips labda mara 5 kwa wiki) wala mazoezi (mi mvivu sana tu wa mazoezi bana).
--Kitambi cha kishkaji kipo, though ningependa kuongeza angalau 5kg--

Watu washaniuliza nafanyaje, ila sina siri nyingine zaidi ya genes...mama yangu na dada zake wote wembamba, hakuna mnene kwa baba, sasa hizo nyama nizitoe wapi? Na wewe kama kwenu huwa wananenepa baada ya kuzaa usijihangaishe sana kujikondesha, usije ukafa kwa diet bure...

Ukweli ni kwamba hata tunaorudi kuendelea kuvaa jeans zetu za before babies(mi navaa nguo nilizovaa miaka 10 iliyopita, I bet sketi yangu ya Form I ingeweza kuwa inanitosha, as siongezekagi) sio kwamba ndio tumerudi vilevile, vitu kibao vimebadilika; strech marks, maziwa nk.
Labda tungependa wote tubaki na miili ya Sweet Sixteen ila uzae, usizae, haiwezekani, tunazeeka tu with time!

So, usijali sana iwapo utakua umenenepa baada ya kujifungua wakati unauchukia unene. 
Kwanza, it took nine months ku-gain hizo kilo, unategeea zipungue kwa miezi miwili, unajidanganya!
Pia, inategemea ulianzia wapi, kama before ulikua mnene kidogo, it is more likely kwamba utazidi kunenepa baada ya mimba, so kama una nia ya kuwa mwembamba baada ya kujifungua, anzia na diet kabla, ili uwe umeanzia mbali.

Labda tatizo kubwa ni tumbo, mawowowo watu wengi wanayapendaje??? (LOL), ila ni matumbo, love handles na nyama uzembe sehemu zisizotakiwa ndio watu wanazimind. Tafuta a way ya kupunguza tumbo taratibu, bila kukonda sana...Pamoja na diet na mazoezi kibao, research zinaonyesha kwamba kunyonyesha kunachangia sana tumbo kupungua, so kazana kunyonyesha!

Ila kama ndio imeshindikana, penda your new body, just upatie tu nguo za kuvaa na utapendeza...look in the mirror be proud and smile, wewe ni mama, umemsaidia Mungu kwenye kuleta hicho kiumbe duniani, huo ni upendeleo wa kipekee! Smile!

mshukuru Mungu kwa hilo, mimi pia mzembe wa mazoezi na nikijiachia nakuwa mnene hasa na nilivyo mfupi nachukizaje!!! but nililiona hilo before sijabeba mimba nilifanya diet kwa 5 months nikafika kgs 54 kutoka 62 za before na vile nilipitia hekaheka nyingi wakati huo ilinisaidia zaidi, nimejifungua kwa oparation 13/01/2013 but now nina 59Kgs kutoka 73.5Kg last 3weeks.

Daaa mmenigusa sana me nilikuwa na 75kg nikajifungua first born nikiwa na 83kg baada 1yr nikabeba ujazito mwingine ambao nimekuwa na 102kg nimejifungua 3/2/13 mtoto ndio kwanza ana week na huwa najifungua kwa siza hapa nawaza na fanyanini na huu mwili hata sielewi

Yote mema tu, ila ni vizuri kuwa active hasa ukijifungua bila complication. Nilijifungua kwa operation sio rahisi kwa wiki za mwanzo kufanya mazoezi najua utamu wake.

Mama X huo mwili utakuja tu wewe ngoja tu akina X wakue, mwili utakuja automatic huwezi kuamini. Wewe relax kula vizuri kama kawaida enjoy.

Hongereni akina mama wote mliojaliwa kupata watoto nawatakia kila lakheri.
